Propertify is not liable for inaccuracies in property listings provided by users.

4.3. Transaction Responsibility:

Propertify is not a party to any sales or rental contracts. Users are solely responsible for completing transactions and verifying the credibility of other parties involved.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1. Provider Network:

Propertify connects users with independent third-party service providers ("Providers") for home loans, insurance, smart home setups, cleaning services, and more.

5.2. Liability Disclaimer:

Propertify does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or delivery of services by third-party Providers. Users are encouraged to conduct due diligence.

5.3. Service Agreements:

Any contract formed with a Provider is solely between the user and the Provider. Propertify holds no responsibility for contract performance, disputes, or liabilities.

6. Digital Products and Tools

Propertify offers digital tools, including:

Property calculators

Investment guides

Virtual tours

Market trend reports

6.1. Usage:

These tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

6.2. License:

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use digital products for personal or business purposes.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1. Platform Fees:

Some features or listings may require payment. All payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED).

7.2. Third-Party Payments:

8. Compliance with UAE Laws

8.1. Legal Framework: All users and service providers must comply with applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws, including:

Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 (UAE Civil Code)

Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection

Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) guidelines in the applicable emirates

8.2. Licensing:

Users offering properties or services must ensure proper licensing through authorities such as the Dubai Land Department or other relevant emirate regulators.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. Ownership:

All content, logos, trademarks, and software are the intellectual property of Propertify or its licensors.

9.2. Restrictions:

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission

10. Termination

Propertify may suspend or terminate a user's access for violations of these Terms or UAE law. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Law, Propertify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or property-related disputes.
